There is also a refundable security deposit of $300.00 which can be paid in three annual installments of $100.00.

An electronic gate card costs $15.00.

Boat Parking Fees are an additional $240.00 plus taxes.

The membership fee includes the use of club owned sailing dinghies if you possess a White Sail III certificate.

Successful graduates of the Sailing School are offered a trial membership in the club for only $100.00 plus taxes. This allows them the use of the club dinghies and facilities for the balance of the membership year (April of the following year). This is a "non-voting" membership, but will allow them to practice their newly acquired skills and familiarize themselves with the club. It is our hope they will remain as full members the following year.

BOAT PARKING

A parking space for your boat and trailer is available year round. Boats must be able to be launched from our ramps, therefore the maximum length we can accommodate is about 28 feet. There are obviously exceptions to this, but basically any boat must fit into a 9x3 metre (approximately 29'6" x 9'9")spot. Canoes and kayaks are stored on racks constructed for that purpose.

REGARDING WORK HOURS

We are a self-help club, and all full members are required to perform a minimum of twenty hours of service to the club between the 1st November and the 31st October of the following year.(many perform much more than that)

Work hours do not apply to Trial-memberships, but we will accept any offer of assistance.

The work required covers all aspects relating to the everyday running of the Club and is one of the main reasons that our fees are as low as they are.

It is the responsibility of each member to complete their hours, but in doing so, they invariably become more involved in the club and develop friendships with other members.

There are many categories of work, and these are all listed on your application form, as well as being posted in the club house.

Upon the completion of any work-hours, a form must be completed and submitted for recording purposes.

Any hours outstanding will be billed on your annual invoice.
